SITE ENGINEERING FOR SITE MANAGERS
Site Engineering for Site Managers
The Grid Point Training Academy offers a 1 day Site Engineering for Site Managers course. The morning of the course is designed for site managers that would like to further their understanding of modern day site engineering techniques, equipment, how best to utilise a site engineer for your project and what checks a site engineer should be used for. The afternoon of the course focuses on steel reinforcement - the fundamentals of steel reinforcement, how to interpret steel reinforcement drawings and carry out pre pour checks. A significant number of both site managers and site engineers have not been taught how to do this and therefore steel reinforcement is rarely checked to the correct standard. By combining both theory and practical exercises you will have a good understanding of how to both interpret and check reinforcement by the end of the course. Each delegate will receive both course manuals to take away with them.
