One of our specialities is to provide our clients with 3 dimensional realistic renders (CGI's) of proposed and existing projects. This enables our clients, neighbours and especially the local authority to visualise the space and future design well before the construction even begins. These images can then also be used for marketing purposes to assist with sales.


Our 3D models are all created using the latest software and technology available. For larger schemes, we can prepare a fly-by animation of your project, which not only provides a new perspective but can also illustrate the effect a building can have on natural light/shade of your property or of a surrounding building.

Depending on the project and client requirements, our 4D Planning has in-house award-winning model makers and 3D designers who specialise in building accurate and detailed miniature models of proposed architectural schemes. These models can help demonstrate a design to the public for marketing purposes, but also to the local council for the purpose of obtaining planning permission.

  • Many people can find it difficult to visualise the actual buildings represented by architects plans and elevations.
  • Most Councillors who sit on committees and make recommendations are usually neither architects nor builders. They can find it difficult to really visualise what is being shown to them.
  • This is when 3D renders really can make a big impression. Our CGI images accurately show the proposed property and how it will appear within the proposed location. Furthermore, they also convey that the applicant is serious about getting the project approved.

 

We can produce property marketing images to show the aspirational ‘lifestyle’ you would like associated with your new build. There are vast 3D model libraries of modern interiors we can modify to create just the right look.
